Traditional bronze sculpture design begins with manual clay modeling, where artists shape their vision entirely by hand using age-old sculpting tools. Digital bronze sculpture design, conversely, utilizes 3D modeling software as its foundation. Artists work virtually, manipulating digital clay with specialized tools that simulate traditional sculpting motions.
